Sir,
I have the honour to acquaint you that in consequence of the power which the Managers have under their Bye laws of admitting to
the Royal Institution Ambassadors Ministers of foreign Princes and States resident at the Court of Great Britain and also Foreigners of high rank and of distinguished Literary attainments who may occasionally visit this Country; they have confessed [2] that privilege upon you, and you are thereby entitled to attend the Lectures Libraries and Museum of the Royal Institution of Great Britain.
I have also the honour to transmit you the accompanying Card of invitation from the Managers to the Weekly Evening Meetings of the Members of the Royal Institution.
